How I Taught AI Video Production with VEO 3 and JSON Prompt Writing to an Italian Agency at Midnight

It’s midnight in Singapore. My friends are asleep. My wife says goodnight. But somewhere in Italy, a team of creatives is wide awake… learning AI video production with me on VEO 3 and JSON prompt writing. 

“Adrian, are you really teaching at midnight?”

Yes. That was the question I asked myself, too. But when a communication agency in Italy reached out to learn AI video production with VEO 3 and JSON prompt writing, I knew time zones and languages weren’t going to stop us.

So, at midnight Singapore time, I turned on my webcam, logged into Google Meet, and there they were — a team of curious creatives ready to explore how AI could transform their video production workflow.

We spoke different languages. They used a translator add-on. I spoke in English. Yet, what connected us was something universal: the language of storytelling and creativity.

I didn’t just show them buttons or features. Instead, I drew from my 20+ years in physical video production — because the same principles of framing, pacing, and visual flow apply in AI video. The tools have changed, but the foundations remain.

The best part? Participant were given about one hour to produce their own AI video using JSON prompts. I guided them live, correcting, refining, and nudging their ideas closer to reality. Watching them bring a visualization in their head onto the screen — that’s when the spark happened.

It felt less like a midnight class and more like a shared creative adventure.

This experience reminded me that:

  • Knowledge crosses borders.

  • Technology transcends language.

  • Creativity is universal.

That night, I wasn’t just a trainer. I was an international AI video strategist, helping businesses not just keep up with the future — but shape it.
