Go to the text clip in the timeline and click on the FX button to open the Effects panel. Go to the Effects panel and click on the Add Effect button. Select Motion effect. Click on the Show Animation Editor button to open the Animation Editor. Click on the Add Keyframe button. Go to the Preview panel and Adjust the text position to align with the moving object. Go back to the Animation Editor and move the play head forward till the object move away from the text. Go back to the preview panel again to adjust the text position to match the moving object.
