I am using the powered HDMI splitter, also known as the active HDMI splitter.

Active splitters run on power, the splitter is able to run a longer distance with a steady supply of power, but you have to plug an adapter to the power source.

Passive (unpowered) splitters use just a little power by the HDMI cable from the signal source, They do not require any external power to run.
