How to Freeze Frame the End of a Video in Adobe Premiere Pro CC

So you want to freeze a frame in the middle of an action at the end of your movie before the credits come out? Here's how you do it in Adobe Premiere Pro CC. 1. Press the down arrow key to move the play head to the last frame of the clip. 2. Go to the Program monitor panel. 3. Click on the Export Frame icon (looks like a compact camera) 4. See the Export Frame dialogue box open. 5. Type in a new Name or leave it as default. 6. Select Format TIFF to maintain the high resolution image. 7. Click Browse to change the path to your project folder. 8. The “Import into project” checkbox is the new thing in Adobe Premiere Pro CC. 9. Tick the checkbox. 10. Click OK. 11.
